News Items and Press Releases

Please submit your press releases, news items and survey results to Please give as much information and context to the news item as possible. We also ask that you submit a suitable image or photograph that is royalty-free to include with the news item. Please try to ensure any images you send us are to the following dimensions – 948px x 557px. These will appear on the UKCSA site here –

Embargoed Press Releases and News Items

We will honour embargos on news announcements. Please make sure the date, time and your time zone are included in your release and your emails to us, and make it clear that the item you are submitting is under embargo.

Articles and Blogs

We welcome the submission of articles and blogs to include on our site. Please refer to the “Become a Contributor” page on our website to find out more.

Please keep your pitches short and relevant. Please also read our site carefully, including our “About Us” page, to determine the topics we currently cover. Due to volume, if your email is concise and your topic is one we cover, it is more likely to get our attention.
